Dave Allen is the Chief of Staff for Rose Group and a retired Air Force Colonel.

Dave’s military experience spans 24 years in the Air Force and Arkansas Air National Guard, serving in various duty statuses and Air Force specialties, including: Aircraft Maintenance, Personnel, and Cyberspace Operations. He is a Joint Qualified Officer with experience in the Middle East, Europe, and the Indo-Pacific.

He’s commanded units at the flight, squadron, and group levels and has served on Major Command and Joint Forces Headquarters Staffs. Additionally, he served at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad within the Office of Security Cooperation, supporting Foreign Military Sales, Foreign Military Financing, and Security Assistance.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, holds a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Science from Air University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the UALR Bowen School of Law.

In addition to his military career, Dave has consulted with a Big4 firm, has been a leader in a global marketing and data services firm, and is a licensed Arkansas attorney. He is a life member of the National Guard Association of the United States and the U.S. Air Force Academy Association of Graduates and is a member of the American Bar Association.
